5 Home Staging Tips

1. Clean, clean, clean. 

Buyers love a clean home and nothing can detract from great decor like dirt and grime.

3. Prioritize form over function.

Staging setup is to capitalize on great photography and visual appeal, not functionality.  Keep this in mind!.

4. De-personalize.

Help the buyer see themselves in your space.  Household items, family pictures, etc should be put out of sight.
